Be Who You Are
I came across a simple, yet profound resolution for the new year. It includes a wonderful prescription for happiness. I wanted to share it with you:
Be who you are,
Want what you have,
Do what you can.
As I do my morning walk, or during daily quiet time, I am focusing on this intention. I find that it settles me down, reducing my various concerns to 12 words. Simple, but not easy.
